Jan Wiegner is an advocate, and partner of the law firm Małecki Pluta Dorywalski i Wspólnicy.
Jan Wiegner has been in connection with our law office since the begining of his professional practice. He is in charge of the German Desk. He has become a partner in 2016.
He graduated from the Law and Administration Faculty of Warsaw University. He has been a scholarship student of the Law and Economics School of the University of Bonn for almost three years.
2015-2017 – director of the German Law School at the Law and Administration Faculty of Łazarski University in Warsaw.
The main areas of his professional practice are Intellectual Property Law, especially Copyright Law, as well as Corporate and Labour Law.
He also represents clients in civil and penal proceedings, particularly when they concern a dispute with a copyright law background, as well as in labour law cases. He also has an experience in administrative procedures and in proceedings before administrative courts. He provides his services in the area of corporate law to commercial companies.
He is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
He is fluent in German and English.
